Good for families who love breakfast

Shower was great and the staff worked hard to keep the place clean. The breakfast was decent, quick service and good range of food.

It wasn't cheap but still tolerable.

All the staff was courteous and exceptional, fixed my issues. The location close to the beach was unbeatable.

Spotlessly clean place, terrific service, hospitable staff. Breakfast with toast and coffee or tea, as example. What a pleasant stay, nothing too much trouble.

Request the vegetarian options for dinner-they were surprising and delightful, enjoyed even by the kids in our group.

We had a huge room with additional bunk beds.

The connectivity issues were a real pain. Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, which complicated things since the mobile signal was spotty near the beachfront and hotel. The bar seemed to close earlier than expected, and I missed a chance to unwind there after breakfast hours. Some room features felt outdated, like a ripped headboard and squeaky floorboards that could use a bit of attention. My room had only one small side table. A few little quirks , like fluctuating coffee quality at breakfast and the lack of fresh eggs, stood out but didn't ruin the experience.

The bed was really comfy and breakfast was delicious. The young staff was super helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for getting to the beach and town. Outdoor area looked nice, but we didn't use it. Despite some little issues, we enjoyed our stay overall.

The location was perfect for exploring the nearby beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything Bournemouth has to offer. Check-in took an unusually long time as we were left outside for 15 minutes waiting to be let in.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the wi-fi, tv, and electric kettle in my room. The staff helped me with evening plans during my first stay, a memory I cherish. I'll be back for a weekend!

The mattresses were great, and the breakfast was amazing with fruit juice, cereals, and a hearty selection like bacon and eggs. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and town centre. The outdoor space was lovely as well. The premium hot tubs were perfect for relaxation.

Amazing Stay with Friendly Staff

The staff were attentive. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and town center. The cozy rooms and delicious breakfast. I would have appreciated a little more attention to the cleanliness in areas that needed it.

The location is perfect, with a lovely outdoor covered area for drinks.

Consider asking for a room away from the entrance to enjoy a quieter stay, as door slamming can be disruptive.

Great for a fun night out

We had a blast during our hen weekend! The location was perfect for walking to clubs and the beach. Our room had 4 comfy single beds and was super clean. Karl was an awesome host, really friendly and fun! The bar area was nice too, but it could use a bit more space. A fab stay!
